Efficient check-in, parking on site. Great location near to the Fortuna waterfall which was easily doable, and a beautiful tropical garden, perfect place for visiting restaurants and bars near to the hotel.

I enjoyed the room with balcony. The hotel was set in a central area close enough to waterfall, wildlife, and the beautiful gardens. The venue was situated so close to some of tourist spots, like Down to Earth.
Their staff were not very good.

Great way to end our trip. Beautiful, lovely location away from the main town area. Really close to the beautiful gardens. Exceptionally comfortable beds, extremely spacious room. Yummy food in the restaurant, really tasty and delicious breakfast with a very nice egg station, fruit plus eggs to order.

I greatly enjoyed staying here. The rooms were huge and clean and complete with patio, balcony, the WiFi. Marvellous location, it was near the volcano in the background and a variety of tropical birds in the foreground, and supermarkets and restaurants.
